SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

KRA XII 2025

 

A. RULES

  1. The submitted paper is original and plagiarism free.
  2. The paper submitted should have never been published or being submitted for publication (partly or completely) in newspaper, book, handout, journal, seminar/conference, or any where else.
  3. Authors should carefully review the submission guidelines, as failure to comply with these rules may result in the rejection of your submission (it will be considered that the paper is never submitted to International Conference KRA XII 2025).
  4. Authors must prepare their papers:
    1. Submission File (in PDF format)
    2. Supplementary File (in Ms. Word format)
  5. The Authors that pass the selection process:
    1. Authors are required to register on http://iaijawatimur.or.id/form-register-kra
    2. Authors are required to fill in the data correctly and completely

B. SUBMISSION GUIDANCE

 

KRA XII uses Open Conference System (OCS) system for submitting paper. These are the steps should be done by the author:

  1. The author can directly log in as a user who has registered his account in the LOG IN menu.

 

Authors who do not yet have an account can create a new account by clicking the ACCOUNT menu on the Home page display, then completing the data correctly and completely, it is expected to include a mobile phone / Whatsapp number that can be contacted and write the email address used. The author ticks the data as shown in the example below, then clicks CREATE.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. After logging in and preparing the files to submission, Authors can follow the file submission guidelines as follows:
    1. After login, author will be directed to USER HOME page, then click on [New Submission]. If the author and new submission menus don’t appear, participant commonly doesn’t give checkmark on ‘as author’ when creating account. If this happens, participant can fix it on My Account, Edit My Profile menu.

 

 

  1. Author continues to STEP 1. STARTING THE SUBMISSION for file uploading under the condition below:

1)      Choosing track of paper focus (field of study) which is going to be submitted:

Private Sector

  1. Financial Accounting and Capital Market (AKPM)
  2. Management and Behavioral Accounting (AKMP)
  3. Information System, Auditing, and Professional Ethics (SIAEP)
  4. Taxation (PPJK)
  5. Sharia Accounting (AKSR)
  6. Accounting Education (PAK)
  7. Good Corporate Governance & Sustainability Reporting (CG)

Public Sector

  1. Financial Accounting (ASPAK)
  2. Management Accounting (ASPAM)
  3. Information System and Auditing (ASPSIA)
  4. Good Governance (ASPGG)

2)      Authors give checkmark on language used for paper writing (Indonesian/English)

3)      Author is required to check all the options on SUBMISSION CHECKLIST

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Author continues to STEP 2. UPLOADING THE SUBMISSION by uploading Blind Paper file (in PDF format) containing complete article without participant’s identity, click on Browse to locate the file, then click on Upload.

 

 

It will later appear the confirmation page to inform the uploaded paper code. If it is already the right one, author can directly click save and continue. And if the author wants to change the uploaded paper, the process can be redone, and then click save and continue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Author continues to STEP 3. ENTERING THE SUBMISSION’S METADATA, Author’s profile will automatically appear based on the data input while making the account. If the paper is composed by several authors, participant can add other authors’ names by clicking “Add Author” and fill the information correctly and completely. After that, the author must insert the paper’s title and abstract content on provided space on TITLE AND ABSTRACT, then click save and continue.

 

 

 

  1. Author continues to STEP 4. UPLOADING SUPPLEMENTARY FILES by uploading files with Ms. Word format containing the title, author’s identity, and abstract only. Participant can add attachment of the paper writing result to complete the research by clicking Browse to locate the file, then click Upload.

 

 

It will later appear confirmation page of STEP 4A. ADD A SUPPLEMENTARY FILE to inform the uploaded paper code. The title is required on column SUPPLEMENTARY META DATA. On the column SUPPLEMENTARY FILE, author has to remove checkmark on “Present file to reviewers (without metadata), as it will not compromise blind review”. If the paper is already correct, author can directly click save and continue. And if the author wants to change the uploaded paper, the process can be redone, and then click save and continue. After that, it will appear the second confirmation page, STEP 4. UPLOADING SUPPLEMENTARY FILES, author can modify, remove, and add files which are going to be uploaded. And if it is done, author can directly click save and continue.

 

 

 

 

  1. Author continues to STEP 5. CONFIRMING THE SUBMISSION. In this stage, author reconfirms the uploaded files. If everything is correct, author can continue by clicking Finish Submission, and it will later appear a notification of successful file uploading as shown below.

 

 

 

 

After clicking Finish Submission, the page ACTIVE SUBMISSIONS will appear. On this page, author will see the uploaded papers which are ready to be reviewed. Paper under the status Awaiting Assignment is the one being processed to be shared to the reviewer to be graded.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
  7. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.

b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
